We really hope you will be happy with our products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, then you can either call us on 00 64 22 541 3554 or email email@example.com to discuss an alternative product, or return the goods to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund.
Once your return is back with us, and we are happy with it's condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your return will be processed.
Returning items will be at the cost of the customer, so please send back using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
